My mission is to partner with the Lord to bring restoration and freedom through skilled, intentional bodywork.
Using the gift of touch, I help athletes and everyday movers release tension, recover strength, and experience healing that reaches beyond the body—into the mind and spirit.
My vision is to see people encounter the Lord’s presence and wholeness through massage—moving freely, living fully, and knowing the deep well of peace and strength that comes from Him.
My Goals for the future are to see people walk in healing through my touch and to reach more people. Also to bring another therapist onboard with a similar vision. Just to keep loving people well.

You may undress to your level of comfort for your session. Removing additional clothing typically allows for more precise, effective pressure and smoother transitions between muscle groups. However, you are always properly covered, and your comfort is my priority. Depending on which areas we’re focusing on, we may adjust accordingly. I’m always happy to guide you before we begin.
